We will always endeavour to give you the best rate for your consignments across the board of services we have to offer. Our rates and surcharges will always remain competitive and once you are a client of SLC, your rates remain fixed unless we get a rate increase from our suppliers and we will always discuss decreases should volumes increase. Should you not be happy with any aspect of our service we have a ‘no quibble’ refund policy and will more than happy to consider refunds if we are at fault for not delivering to your expectations.
